[摘要] 目的 探讨阿帕替尼联合放疗对CNE-2鼻咽癌裸鼠移植瘤的作用及可能机制。方法 建立CNE-2裸鼠移植瘤模型并随机分为四组:空白对照组、单阿帕替尼组、单放疗组和阿帕替尼联合放疗组,每组8只,观察各组肿瘤体积变化,并计算抑瘤率和联合效应Q值,PET/CT扫描检测T/M值,免疫组化检测CD31的表达。结果 阿帕替尼联合放疗组抑瘤率明显高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合效应Q值为1.156,提示阿帕替尼与放疗有协同效应;阿帕替尼联合放疗组T/M值、CD31表达最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿帕替尼联合放疗对鼻咽癌裸鼠移植瘤具有协同抗肿瘤效应。 |

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of apatinib combined with radiotherapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma in nude mice of CNE-2 and its possible mechanisms.Methods An experimental model of transplanted tumor in CNE-2 nude mice was established and the model mice were randomly divided into four groups: the control group, the apatinib group, the single radiotherapy group and the apatinib combined with radiotherapy group. The changes of tumor volume were observed after treatment in each group, and the inhibition rate and the combined effect Q were calculated. PET/CT scan was used for detection of T/M values and immunohistochemistry for the expression of CD31.Results The tumor inhibition rate of the apatinib combined with radiotherapy group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05), and the combined effect Q was 1.156 in the apatinib combined with radiotherapy group, suggesting that apatinib had synergistic effect with radiotherapy. T/M values and the expression of CD31 in the apatinib combined with radiotherapy group were the lowest, with significant differences between the apatinib combined with radiotherapy group and the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Apatinib combined with radiotherapy has a synergistic anti-tumor effect on nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
