| ［摘要］ 目的 对肺炎支原体感染合并疱疹性咽峡炎并发不完全川崎病（KD）的临床特点进行分析，以提高肺炎支原体感染合并疱疹性咽峡炎并发不完全KD的认识和诊治水平。方法 分析1例肺炎支原体感染合并疱疹性咽峡炎并发不完全KD的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果 肺炎支原体感染与不完全KD在临床上有着很多类似的地方。疱疹性咽峡炎临床症状也会干扰KD的诊断。结论 虽然肺炎支原体感染合并疱疹性咽峡炎并发不完全KD临床少见，但当患者同时出现2项或3项KD的主要临床表现，必须警惕是否合并有不完全KD，及时行相关检查协助诊断，以防漏诊、误诊，预防KD的远期并发症，降低病死率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of incomplete Kawasaki disease(KD) complicated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and herpangina and to improve the diagnosis of this disease.Methods The clinical data of one case with incomplete KD complicated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and herpangina were analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Results Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was similar to incomplete KD clinically. The clinical symptoms of herpangina interfered with the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease.Conclusion Although the incomplete KD complicated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and herpangina is rare, more attention should be paid to it when 2 or 3 manifestations of KD are shown in the patients, and the related examinations should be taken to prevent the complications and to reduce the missed diagnosis and mortality. |
