| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨品管圈（QCC）的PDCA管理模式对胎盘常规石蜡切片质量的影响。方法 应用QCC的PDCA管理模式对胎盘常规石蜡切片进行质量管理,分析其对于胎盘常规石蜡切片质量的影响。结果 应用QCC的PDCA管理模式后观察组的甲片率为97.40%，高于对照组的87.11%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用QCC的PDCA管理模式能有效提高胎盘常规石蜡切片的甲片率,具有良好的提高病理诊断质量的效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of QCC(quality control circles) PDCA(plan-do-check-action cycle) management on the quality of routine paraffin sections.Methods The quality control of routine paraffin sections of the placenta was carried out using the QCC PDCA management model to analyze its effect on the quality of the conventional paraffin sections of the placenta.Results The grade A section percentage of the observation group(97.40%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.11%)（P<0.05）.Conclusion The QCC PDCA management model can effectively improve the percentage of grade-A sections of placental paraffin sections and has a good effect on improving the quality of pathological diagnosis. |
