摘要:
［摘要］　他汀类药物具有降血脂、稳定逆转动脉粥样硬化斑块、抗炎、抗氧化、抗血小板、改善内皮功能等作用，已广泛应用于缺血性脑卒中的预防和治疗中。该文对他汀类药物的非降脂作用及在缺血性脑卒中预防中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Statins have the actions of lipid-lowering, reversing atherosclerosis plaque stabilization, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, antithrombotic and improving endothelial function, and are widely used in the prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy. The research progress of the application of statins in prevention of ischemic stroke and the non-lipid-lowering action of statins are reviewed in this paper.
