| ［摘要］ 乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染在我国一直呈高流行性，HBV相关急性肝损伤是我国肝衰竭的主要类别。T细胞是适用性免疫系统的主要组成部分，在HBV相关急性肝损伤病理进程中发挥着不可或缺的关键作用。但由于T细胞的高度异质性及HBV感染自然史中对宿主免疫系统的影响复杂。因此当前我们对HBV感染与T细胞免疫参与的急性肝损伤病理过程的认识并不透彻。该文从HBV感染的生物学过程及T细胞亚群功能特点初步探讨二者参与急性肝损伤的变化特点及可能机制。 |

| ［Abstract］ Hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection has been a high incidence in China. HBV related acute liver injury is the main category of liver failure in China. T cells are the main components of the adaptive immune system, and play an indispensable role in the pathogenesis of HBV related acute liver injury. Because of the high heterogeneity of T cells and the complex effects of HBV infection on the host immune system in natural history, we currentlyl do not know thoroughly about the pathological process of HBV infection and T cell immunity involving in acute liver injury. In this paper, we discuss the changes and possible mechanisms of the two factors involving in acute liver injury from the biological process of HBV infection and the functional characteristics of T lymphocyte subsets. |
