Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the changes of cellular immunity in severe hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD). Methods Databases including CNKI,VIP, CBM, WanFang Data, PubMed, Medline, Web of Science, Ovid and The Cochrane Library were searched to collect the data about the changes of cellular immunity in severe HFMD. The changes of cellular immunity in different stages were compared. Results A total of 42 literatures were included. (1)CD4+ cells and CD8+ cells in severe the HFMD group were significantly decreased than those in the common HFMD group(P<0.05); CD4+ and CD8+ cells in the severe group and the common group were significantly decreased than those in the health control group (P<0.05). (2) B lymphocyte in the severe group was significantly increased than that in the common group(P<0.05); B lymphocytes in the severe group and the common group were significantly increased than those in the health control group(P<0.05). (3)There were no significant differences in NK cells between the HFMD group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The function of T lymphocyte immunity in children with HFMD is in a state of inhibition which is related to the severity of the illness.
