[摘要] 目的 研究玉米苞叶药材提取液在不同梯度极性溶媒中的紫外-可见光谱特征,为制定该药材的鉴别方法提供依据。方法 采用不同梯度极性溶媒[蒸馏水、95%乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、石油醚(60~90 ℃)],分别以超声、冷浸、回流等不同提取方法提取玉米苞叶药材并制成相应的提取液,采用紫外-可见分光光度法对各药材提取液进行扫描测定其吸光度值,并构建相应的吸收图谱。检测波长扫描范围为200~800 nm,吸光度值为0.2~0.8。结果 玉米苞叶药材提取液在紫外-可见光谱中显示一定的特征。结论 本实验建立的紫外-可见光谱鉴别方法,对该药材的鉴别具有参考意义。 |

[Abstract] Objective To study the features of ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectroscopy in extracting solutions of Zeamays L bracts in polar solvents with different gradients,and to provide a basis for quality control of the bracts. Methods The extracting solutions of Zeamays L bracts were made by ultrasound, cold soak and solvent refluxing methods respectively with different gradients of polar solvents[distilled water, 95% ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol and petroleum ether(boiling range 60~90 ℃)], and their absorbance values were measured by scanning using UV-Vis spectroscopy to establish the characteristic absorption spectra, with the range of detection wavelength being 200~800 nm and the absorbance values being 0.2~0.8. Results The extracting solutions of Zeamays L bracts displayed certain spectral features in UV-Vis spectroscopy. Conclusion The UV-Vis spectrum method established in this experiment has a reference meaning and great value for identification of Zeamays L bracts. |
