| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中保留前列腺支神经对男性性功能及排尿功能的影响。方法 选择2012-01～2015-10该院胃肠外科40例直肠癌患者为研究对象，所有患者均接受腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术，根据是否保留前列腺支神经分为对照组（不保留）20例与观察组（保留）20例，随访2年，对比两组性功能及前列腺症状评分。结果 40例患者均顺利完成手术，随访无脱落病例。观察组勃起功能问卷评分、射精功能分级明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组排尿情况对生活质量影响满意度评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 直肠癌患者开展腹腔镜下根治术保留前列腺支神经能够最大限度保留男性患者的性功能，且对生活质量满意度有提升作用，值得临床应用及推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of nerve-sparing laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer on male sexual and urinary function. Methods A total of 40 cases of gastrointestinal surgery were selected in the Seventh People′s Hospital of Nanhai and the First People′s Hospital of foshan. The operations were conducted from January 2012 to October 2015, and all of the 40 patients received laparoscopic radical rectal cancer resection. The patients were divided into the control group(n=20, non-nerve-sparing) and the observation group(n=20, nerve-sparing). The patients were followed up for two years and the male sexual function and prostate symptom scores were compared between the two groups. Results All the 40 patients were performed the operation successfully, non-shedding and exclusion cases. There were significant differences in the scores of erectile function and ejaculation function between the two groups(P<0.05). The improvements of urination and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nerve-sparing laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer is the important way to greatly keep male sexual and urinary function and improves the patients′ quality of life. |
