| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨情商(emotional quotient，EQ)与全麻苏醒期躁动（emergence agitation，EA）的相关性。方法 选取2017-05～2018-03行全麻手术患者78例，全麻诱导前采用巴昂情商量表（Baron emotional quotient inventory，EQ-I）测试EQ。全麻苏醒期采用Ricker镇静-躁动量表(Ricker sedation-agitation scale,SAS)进行评分。采用SPSS21.0统计软件分析EQ与SAS相关性。结果 EQ与SAS呈负相关，Pearson相关系数r=-0.626（P<0.01）。结论 EQ高者全麻苏醒期躁动程度较低，EQ低者全麻苏醒期躁动程度较高。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the correlation between emotional quotient(EQ) and emergence agitation（EA） during the recovery period of general anesthesia. Methods 78 patients with general anesthesia were selected from May 2017 to March 2018, and Baron emotional quotient inventory(EQ-I) was used to test EQ before induction of general anesthesia. The patients′ Ricker sedation-agitation scale(SAS) scores were recorded during the recovery period of general anesthesia. SPSS 21.0 statistic software was used to analyze the data. Results The EQ value was strongly negatively correlated with the SAS scores, and the correlation coefficient of Pearson was -0.626(P<0.01). Conclusion The patients with higher EQ are less agitated and the patients with lower EQ are agitated more seriously in the recovery period of general anesthesia. |
