| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨宫腔镜联合阴式手术治疗剖宫产后子宫切口憩室的临床效果。方法 选取2013-07～2017-05收治的剖宫产后子宫切口憩室患者58例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各29例。对照组行阴式修复术治疗，观察组在宫腔镜辅助下，联合阴式修复术治疗，观察两组手术相关指标、术后恢复情况、治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术中出血量、术后住院时间均少于或短于对照组，手术时间长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在宫腔镜检查辅助下行阴式手术治疗剖宫产后子宫切口憩室，效果确切，安全性高，值得临床应用推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal operation in treatment of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section. Methods 58 patients with uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section in our hospital from July 2013 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group(n=29) and the observation group(n=29). The control group was treated with vaginal surgery while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopy combined with vaginal surgery. The postoperative recovery, the treatment effect and the postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with those in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less, and the postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter, and the operation time was significantly loger in the observation group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with vaginal surgery is safe and effective in treatment of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section. |
