| ［摘要］ 随着乳腺癌生存率的提高，多数患者以慢性病的状态长期生存。乳腺癌治疗随访期间伴发妇科相关疾病较为常见，应引起临床重视，加强对妇科相关问题的预防与管理。该文对乳腺癌治疗随访期间伴随子宫内膜病变、卵巢病变、子宫肌瘤及宫颈病变的发生情况、筛查与管理进行探讨。 |

| ［Abstract］ With the elevation of survival rate of breast cancer, most patients live with this chronic disease for a long time. Concomitant gynecologic diseases of breast cancer during treatment and follow-up period are relatively common, which should be paid more attention. The prevention and management of gynecologic problems associated with breast cancer should be strengthened. In this paper, the incidence, screening and management of concomitant endometrial lesion, ovarian lesion, uterine fibroid and cervical lesion were discussed. |
