| ［摘要］ 目的 观察早期Ⅱ型剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠（CSP）实施宫腔镜手术终止妊娠的效果。方法 选择该院妇产科2015-08～2017-08收治的早期Ⅱ型CSP患者110例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组55例。对照组实施经腹子宫瘢痕病灶清除术治疗，观察组实施宫腔镜手术治疗，对比两组患者的手术效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）恢复正常时间、术后住院时间、月经恢复时间及术后不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 早期Ⅱ型CSP实施宫腔镜手术终止妊娠临床效果显著，且不良反应轻微，是一种安全有效的治疗方案。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the efficacy of hysteroscopic surgery for the treatment of type Ⅱ cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP) in the first trimester. Methods One hundred and ten patients with type Ⅱ CSP in the first trimester were selected in the Department of Obstetric and Gynecology in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017, and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received uterine scar pregnancy debridement surgery, and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery.The surgical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The surgical time, the amount of bleeding during surgery, the time for postoperative serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) returning to the normal level, the postoperative hospitalization time, the menstrual recovery time and the rate of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly shorter or lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of type Ⅱ cesarean scar pregnancy in the first trimester. |
