| ［摘要］ 早产作为5岁以下儿童死亡的首要原因，造成了严重的家庭和全球疾病负担，而预防早产的主要挑战是确定早产的危险因素。近年来，随着测序技术的发展，早产与微生物群落尤其是阴道微生物群落之间的关系成为了研究的热点。该文就早产与阴道微生物群落关系的研究进展作一简要综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Preterm birth, as a leading cause of death in children under five years old, causes severe family and global disease burden. One of the main challenges to prevent preterm birth is to determine the risk factors of preterm birth. In recent years, with the development of sequencing technology, the relationship between preterm birth and microbial community, especially vaginal microbiome, has become a research hotspot. In this paper, the research progress in the association between preterm birth and vaginal microbiome is briefly reviewed. |
