| 目的：系统评价温针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法：计算机检索 Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、中国生物医学文摘数据库（CBM）、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）和万方数据库（WanFang），收集关于温针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床随机对照试验（RCT），对符合纳入标准的临床研究进行资料提取和质量评价后，用 RevMan5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳入13项RCT，共计639例患者。Meta分析结果显示：试验组患者的总有效率高于对照组[RR＝1.15，95%CI(1.10,1.21)，P＜0.0001］；试验组患者治疗后VAS评分[MD＝1.36，95%CI(0.91,1.81)，P＜0.00001］低于对照组。结论：温针灸与普通针刺相比，对肱骨外上髁炎的总体疗效较好，镇痛效果较理想。但所纳入的临床研究质量相对偏低，需要更多高质量、多中心的随机双盲临床研究进一步补充验证。 |

| Objective: To systematically review the effectiveness of Modified acupuncture in the Treatment of External humeral epicondylitis. Method: Such databases as Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library，CBM, CNKI, VIP database and WanFang Data are searched to collect randomized clinical trials on the effectiveness of Modified acupuncture for External humeral epicondylitis. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature was screened, data were extracted, and the methodological quality of included studies was also assessed. Then, Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results:21RCTs were included eventually among a total of 1570 cases on Modified acupuncture in the treatment of External humeral epicondylitis. The analysis shows that the effectiveness of Modified acupuncture in the treatment of External humeral epicondylitis is superior than using Common acupuncture, which is drawn from total effective rate of treatment group [RR＝1.24，95%CI(1.19,1.28)，P＜0.001］;The VAS score[MD＝1.59，95%CI(1.35,1.83)，P＜0.00001］are both superior to control group after treatment. Conclusion: The clinical effects of Modified acupuncture in the Treatment of External humeral epicondylitis is superior to the Common acupuncture. But the existing researches need to be verified in more high-quality randomized and double-blind multicenter studies due to their poor quality. |
