| 目的：对我院232例组织病理确诊的皮肤肿瘤病例进行回顾性分析。方法： 收集整理我院2011年1月～2016年12月期间进行皮肤组织病理活检病理证实为皮肤肿瘤的病例共232例。将皮肤肿瘤患者临床和病理资料整理分类,并进行统计学分析。结果： ①良性皮肤肿瘤和恶性/交界性皮肤肿瘤的男女间无统计学差异。②组织来源上数量最多的依次是表皮肿瘤和黑素细胞性肿瘤。③数量最多的皮肤肿瘤依次是脂溢性角化症、基底细胞癌、色痣、皮肤纤维瘤和鲍温病。④临床与病理符合率较低仅为52.59%。⑤恶性/交界性肿瘤患者确诊时的年龄显著高于良性肿瘤患者,差异有统计学意义。⑥ 曝光部位更容易发生恶性/交界性肿瘤。结论：我院皮肤肿瘤行病理检查中以表皮肿瘤和黑素细胞性肿瘤多见,临床和病理诊断符合率低。临床医生尤其是基层医生应加倍重视组织病理活检,尤其是对年长者暴露部位的皮肤肿物。 |

| Objective: To analyze retrospectively 232 cases pathologically conformed as skin tumor in our hospital. Methods: 232 patients with pathological diagnosis as skin tumors from January 2011 to December 2016 were collected in our hospital. A total data of the 232 cases were classified and analyzed. Results: ①There was no significantly difference in the rate of the benign or malignant tumor between male and female. ②According to the origins of the tissue organization ,the epidermal tumors were the most, followed by melanocytic tumors. ③The tumors with largest sample number were as follows: seborrheic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma, nevus, dermatofibroma and Bowen,s disease. ④The consistency rate of clinical diagnosis with pathological diagnosis was only 52.59%.⑤The age of patients with malignant tumor was significantly higher than that of patients with benign tumor. ⑥ There was aShigherSprobability of malignant tumor in the place of exposed location. Conclusions: The epidermal tumor and melanocytic tumor are common skin tumors which accepted biopsy in our hospital and the consistency rate of clinical diagnosis with pathological diagnosis is low. Clinical doctors , especially primary doctors,should pay more attention to biopsy ,especially tumors at the place of exposed locations in the elders. |
