| 脓毒症肝损伤是临床较常见的急危重症之一,是脓毒症导致多器官功能障碍的变现形式之一,尽早发现并给予干预和治疗,将可以有效减少住院时间和改善患者的预后。早期诊断、早期给予干预和治疗,在脓毒症肝损伤患者中显得尤为重要。然而如何早期诊断、早期治疗脓毒症并发急性肝损伤是临床医生经常面临的问题。本文就脓毒症合并肝损伤的诊断与治疗作一综述。 |

| Acute liver injury induced by sepsis is one manifestation of sepsis-induced multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,that plays an important role in the development of sepsis,which often indicates the severity of illness,improving liver function helps to improve the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the current research about the incidence,clinical manifestation ,pathogenesis and treatment measures of sepsis-induced liver injury. |
