| 摘要: |
| 目的：探讨耳后翻转皮瓣修复耳廓正面缺损的效果。方法：总结2014-07~2016-07该院6例采用耳后翻转皮瓣修复耳廓正面皮肤或皮肤及软骨缺损的效果。结果：经过随访2-12个月，6例患者翻转皮瓣全部存活，创面一期愈合，皮瓣质地、色泽接近正常，患者对耳廓外观满意。结论：耳后翻转皮瓣修复耳廓正面缺损手术不仅操作快速、可靠，而且在功能及美学上效果满意，是临床修复耳廓正面局部缺损的有效手段。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of postauricular revolving door island flap for repairing anterior auricularl defect. Methods Conclude the effect of the 6 cases with anterior auricularl skin or skin and cartilage defect defect, from July 2014 to July 2016,that were repaired by postauricular revolving door island flap. Results After 2 months to 1 years following-up, All the flaps were survived completely with primary healing, and the flaps match to the skin color and texture. Moreover, the patients were satisfied. Conclusion The reconstruction of anterior auricular defect with postauricular revolving door island flap is not only fast-acting、reliable, also satisfying both with function and aesthetics, which is the effective measure of repairing anterior auricular defect. |
