摘要:
【】目的:探讨医学高校护理专业最佳的教学方法;方法:2017年3月~2017年7月期间,采取随机数字表法,将124名护理专业本科学生分为对照组和全程学习组2组。对照组学生采取传统的教学方法,全程学习组学生采取以问题为导向的全程教学法进行教学。本学期结束后,从学生的学习体验和《外科护理学》期末成绩2方面,对教学效果进行评价。采用SPSS20.0进行数学统计,组间比较行卡方检验;结果:2组学生在学习体验方面,课后学习和本学期全程学习2方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在期末成绩方面,在85分以上和60分以下2个分数段比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);结果:以问题为导向的全程教学法,有效纠正了以往护理教学中对实践知识重视不足的问题,同时将学生课余时间纳入教学的组成部分,有效提高了学生整体的学习质量。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the teaching methods of medical college nursing professional best; methods: during 2017 years 3 months ~2017 years 7 months, randomly, 124 bachelor nursing students were divided into the control group and the whole study group 2. The students in the control group took the traditional teaching method, while the whole study group took the problem oriented whole course teaching method. After the end of the semester, the teaching effect was evaluated from 2 aspects of the students" learning experience and the final score of surgical nursing. Using SPSS20.0 mathematical statistics, comparison between groups were analyzed by chi square test; results: the 2 groups of students experience in learning, learning and learning throughout the semester class 2 aspects of comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the final results, compare the above 85 points and 60 points below 2 scores, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); results: the whole teaching method of problem oriented, effectively correct the past in nursing teaching of practical knowledge of the problem that the lack of attention, while the students" spare time into the part of teaching. To effectively improve the overall quality of students" learning.
