| 【摘要】目的 观察康复新液联合碘甘油对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿血清炎症介质降钙素原、C-反应蛋白、白介素-6水平的影响及疗效。方法 将250例急性化脓性扁桃体炎住院患儿根据随机分配的原则分为观察组和对照组，每组125例。两组患儿均以抗感染、退热及营养支持等常规治疗。观察组加用康复新联合碘甘油。观察两组患儿治疗前和治疗后第3天血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白、白介素-6的水平，并比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后第3天，两组患儿血清PCT、CRP、IL-6水平均有不同幅度下降，且观察组下降幅度较对照组更明显（P<0.05）。观察组痊愈75例，显效40例，无效10例。对照组痊愈40例，显效35例，无效50例。观察组疗效明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 康复新联合碘甘油辅助佐治儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎具有较好的疗效，可降低血清PCT、CRP、IL-6水平。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective Observation of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Iodine Glycerol on acute suppurative tonsillitis in children that effect of inflammatory medium serum procalcitonin and C- reactive protein, interleukin -6 level and curative effect. Methods Methods 250 hospitalized children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random allocation,125 cases in each group. Two groups of children were treated with anti infection, fever and nutritional support and other conventional treatment.The observation group were treated with Kangfuxin combined with Iodine Glycerol.The levels of serum procalcitonin, C- reactive protein and interleukin -6 in the two groups were observed before treatment and day 3 after treatment,The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The day 3 after treatment,The levels of serum PCT, CRP, IL-6 in the two groups decreased on average,The decrease rate of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, 75 cases were cured, 40 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases were ineffective. In the control group, 40 cases were cured, 35 cases were markedly effective and 50 cases were ineffective.The curative effect of observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusio Kangfuxin combined with Iodine Glycerol in the treatment of children's acute suppurative tonsillitis has good curative effect,It can reduce serum levels of PCT, CRP and IL-6. |
