| 目的 探讨金双歧联合美沙拉嗪治疗儿童活动期炎症性肠病（IBD）的临床效果。方法将40例确诊为活动期IBD的患儿分为两组，对照组服用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组服用金双歧和美沙拉嗪联合治疗。对比两组患者肠道菌群分布、血清CRP、ESR、IL-23表达及Th17细胞水平,统计两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后对照组肠道大肠杆菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌及肠球菌数量均无明显变化，而观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量明显增加，肠球菌数量明显减少（P＜0.05）,两组血清中CRP、ESR、IL-23水平及Th17细胞水平均明显下降，且观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率高达95%，不良反应发生率仅为5%，明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 金双歧联合美沙拉嗪在儿童IBD活动期治疗效果显著，可有效抑制炎症反应，调整肠道微生态平衡，调节免疫功能，减少美沙拉嗪的胃肠道副作用，提高临床疗效，安全性高。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of gold bifidox combined with mesalazine in the treatment of childhood Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Methods 40 patients diagnosed with active stage IBD were divided into two groups, and the control group was treated with mesalazine. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared in the two groups: intestinal flora distribution, serum CRP, ESR, il-23 expression and Th17 cell level. Results In the control group after treatment of representative bacteria in the intestine escherichia coli, the quantity of bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus are no obvious change, while the observation group obviously increase the number of bifidobacteria, lactobacillus and enterococcus number decreased significantly (P < 0.05), two groups of serum CRP, ESR, IL - 23 and Th17 cell levels were significantly decreased, significantly lower than the control group and observation group (P <0.05); The total effective rate was 95%, and the incidence of adverse reactions was only 5%, which was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Gold dichotomous beauty salad oxazine IBD activity has the significant effect in children, and can effectively inhibit inflammation, the intestinal microecological balance adjustment, adjust the immune function, reduce the salad oxazine gastrointestinal side effects, improve the clinical curative effect, high safety. |
