【摘要】目的 探讨分析内镜辅助下经鼻蝶入路手术在垂体瘤患者中的疗效及对内分泌激素水平的影响研究。方法 将我院2017年5月-2018年5月收治的92例垂体瘤患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组进行经鼻蝶显微镜垂体瘤切除术治疗，研究组进行内镜辅助下经鼻蝶入路治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效及同时对比两组患者内分泌激素水平及及术后并发症情况。结果 研究组的临床治疗效果优于对照组（P＜0.05），同时研究组的术后并发症状况显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组血管紧张素、肾素、去甲肾上腺素等内分泌激素水平的影响状况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 两组患者在进行治疗时，内镜辅助下经鼻蝶入路手术在垂体瘤患者的治疗效果更加理想，患者内分泌激素水平的影响相对较低，治疗有效率高，不良反应的发生情况少，临床手术应用价值高，值得进一步推广。

| 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of endoscope assisted transsphenoidal approach on pituitary tumor and its effect on endocrine hormone levels. Methods: 92 patients with pituitary adenoma treated in our hospital in May -2018 May 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group was treated with pituitary adenoma resection via the nasal butterfly microscope, and the study group was treated with endoscopy assisted transsphenoidal approach. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the endocrine hormone levels and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results: the effect of clinical treatment in the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the adverse reaction of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the level of angiotensin, renin, norepinephrine and other endocrine hormones in the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: two groups of patients in the treatment, endoscopic assisted transsphenoidal surgery in the treatment of pituitary tumors more ideal, the level of endocrine hormone levels of the patients are relatively low, the effective rate of treatment is high, the incidence of adverse reactions is less, clinical operation is of high value, it is worth further promotion. |
