玉米苞叶药材紫外-可见光谱鉴别的初步研究

摘要:
目的:研究玉米苞叶药材在不同梯度极性溶媒中的紫外-可见光谱特征,为制定该药材的鉴别方法提供依据。方法:采用不同梯度极性溶媒[蒸馏水、95%乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、石油醚(60-90℃)],分别以超声、冷浸、回流等不同提取方法提取玉米苞叶药材并制成相应的提取液,采用紫外-可见分光光度法对各药材提取液进行扫描测定其吸光度值,并构建相应的吸收图谱。检测波长扫描范围为200 nm~800nm,吸光度值为0.2~0.8。结果:玉米苞叶药材提取液在紫外-可见光谱中显示一定的特征。结论:本实验建立的紫外-可见光谱鉴别方法,对该药材的鉴别有参考意义。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the identification method of dried bracts in the Zeamays L by UV- Vis spectroscopy,and to provide evidence for identifying maize identification methods. Methods: the Zeamays L bract was identified by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results: the extract of corn bract has certain characteristics in UV- Vis Spectrum. Conclusion: the ultraviolet visible spectrum identification method established in this experiment has a reference meaning for the identification of medicinal materials.
