继发于桥脑出血的下橄榄核肥大变性1例

摘要:
橄榄核肥大变性病例罕见。其病因为齿状核-红核-橄榄核环路上的病变阻断的了下橄榄核的传入通路导致下橄榄核GABA能神经元失去抑制。该病特征临床表现为腭肌震颤、眼震、共济失调和构音障碍；影像学主要表现为头颅MR下橄榄核区域T1加权成像等信号或低信号，T2加权成像高信号改变。本文报道1病例如下。

Abstract:
Hypertrophic olivary degeneration (HOD)is an atypical form of trans-synaptic degeneration caused by alterations in the neuronal connection in the dentate-rubro-thalamic,with the loss of GABAergic inhibitory fibres. Clinical manifestations of HOD include palatal myoclonus, ocular myoclonus, ataxia and dysarthria. MRI show T1-weighted hypointensity or isointensity, and T2-weighted hyperintensity in the inferior olivary nucleus. We present a case of a 61-year-old man who developed HOD secondary to pontine hemorrhage.
