| ［］目的 介绍我院开展的小儿鸡胸微创治疗方法、效果及临床经验。 方法 基于NUSS手术原理的反NUSS手术治疗小儿鸡胸共15例,男性患儿12例,女性患儿3例；年龄8.5 ～14.0岁(平均10.17岁)。采用NUSS手术的矫形钢板植入胸骨表面,钢板下压将凸起的胸骨压平矫治畸形。 结果 15例患儿均成功手术,平均手术时间105分钟,无严重不良并发症发生；出血少,15例胸廓畸形术后均或明显改善,效果好。随访4～24月,矫形效果稳定、满意,无钢板移位发生。 结论 微创反NUSS手术治疗小儿鸡胸手术安全、可行、效果满意。最佳手术年龄为6～16岁；远期效果、以及远期患儿胸骨及肋骨是否会继续畸形生长发育尚需要观察。 |

| ［］Objective Opposite Nuss operation was used in the treatment of pectus carinatum.Indicate clinic effect and perioperative complication. Methods 15cases with pectus carinatum were operated by opposite nuss operation, 12 cases of male children and 3 cases of female. Put the steel bar on the sternum surface.A curved steel bar downward pressure,and the raised sternum was flattened. Results 15 cases were operated successfully,the average operation time was 105 minutes and little bleeding. No serious complication reactions were observed.15 patients got good effect. Followed up for 4~24 months, the effect is stable and satisfactory. No shift of the steel bar was found. Conclusion Opposite nuss operation is safe and feasible for pectus carinatum of children,surgical effect satisfied. The optimal surgical age was 6~16 years. But if sternum continue to deformity growth, we still need to observe. |
