| 结核性脑膜炎（tuberculous meningitis,TBM）属于常见的肺外结核病，病情重、变化快、危害大，其发病率和死亡率均较高。 TBM 的临床表现缺乏特异性，实验室检查敏感性差，因此其诊断仍较困难。目前对TBM的诊断主要通过临床表现、实验室检测及影像学检测。TBM的早期诊断和及时合理的治疗为改善预后的重要因素。本文通过对结核性脑膜炎的诊断及治疗等各方面进展进行综述。 |

| Tuberculous meningitis is a common extrapulmonary tuberculosis. It is serious, fast changing and harmful. Its morbidity and mortality are high.The clinical manifestations of TBM are not specific, and the sensitivity of laboratory tests is poor.At present, the diagnosis of TBM is mainly based on clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations.Early diagnosis and timely and reasonable treatment of TBM are important factors to improve prognosis.This article reviews the progress in diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous meningitis. |
