| 目的：探讨改良羊膜移植法加翼状胬肉切除术的临床效果。方法：本次研究时间为2015年2月~2016年3月,150例翼状胬肉患者均由我院眼科收诊,随机分为观察组和对照组,75例/组。对照组的手术方式为翼状胬肉切除+常规羊膜移植术；观察组的手术方式为翼状胬肉切除加改良羊膜移植术。观察两组患者术后临床治疗效果及术后复发状况。结果：两组患者术后未复发患者在术后7天后结膜植片干净透明,角膜上皮基本愈合,结膜切口愈合良好。经随访,观察组患者中治愈率为94.67%,复发率为5.33%；对照组中治愈率为86.67%,复发率为13.33%；两组间比较差异显著,P＜0.05有统计学意义；观察组中术后1~2个月复发患者有0例,3~4个月后复发的有2例,术后5~9个月复发的有2例。对照组中术后1~2个月复发的有3例,术后3~4个月复发的有5例术后5~9个月复发的有2例。观察组并发症的发生率为5.33%,其中仅出现4例明显刺激症状；而对照组并发症发生率为13.33%,观察组并发症发生率优于对照组,P＜0.05差异显著。结论：采用改良羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉,操作简便、保护患者自身结膜完整性、减少损伤、有效提高手术成功率,可以被广大眼科医师推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the improvement of amniotic membrane transplantation combined with excision of pterygium clinical effect in the treatment of pterygium. Methods: This study time for the February 2015 ~2016 year in March, 150 cases of pterygium patients were admitted by our hospital; were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The control group operation for pterygium excision plus conventional amniotic membrane transplantation; surgery of the observation group for improved pterygium excision and amniotic membrane transplantation. Observe two groups of patients with postoperative clinical curative effect and postoperative recurrence. Results: two groups of patients with postoperative recurrence in patients after 7 days of conjunctival graft clean and clear cornea Epithelial healing, conjunctival incision healed well. After the follow-up, the patients in the observation group cure rate was 94.67%, the recurrence rate was 5.33%; in the control group, the cure rate was 86.67%, the recurrence rate was 13.33%; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P < 0.05; in the observation group after 1~2 months in patients with recurrence in 0 cases, 3~4 months after the recurrence of 2 cases after 5~9 months of recurrence in 2 cases. The control group in 1~2 months after operation there were 3 cases of recurrence 3~4 months after operation, 5 cases relapse, the recurrence 5~9 months after operation there were 2 cases of complications in the observation group. The incidence rate was 5 .33%, which only occurred in 4 cases of obvious irritation symptoms; while the control group, the complication rate was 13.33%, the complication rate of the observation group than the control group, P < 0.05 respectively. Conclusion: modified amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of pterygium, its operation is simple, the protection of the patient"s own node membrane integrity, reduce the damage and improve the success rate of the operation, which is the general ophthalmologist popularizing. |
