摘要:
目的 探讨白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)基因多态性与广西壮族人群冠心病发病风险的相关性。 方法 本病例-对照研究共纳入研究对象1202例,其中冠心病患者564例,健康对照638例,使用Sequenom MassArray 系统对IL-10 单核苷酸多态性位点((Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs )进行基因分型,使用酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay, ELISA) 检测血浆IL-10水平,其余相关生化指标均由广西壮族自治区人民医院检验科按标准流程进行检测。使用Logistic回归模型对IL-10 SNPs与广西壮族人群冠心病发病风险进行探讨。 结果 与健康对照组相比,我们并未发现IL-10所研究位点 rs3021094 、rs3790622 、rs1800871壮族冠心病患病风险存在相关性,进一步对相关危险因素进行校正后,结果仍无统计学差异。同时,我们并未发现不同基因型间IL-10水平存在统计学差异。 结论 IL-10 rs3021094 、rs3790622 、rs1800871基因位点多态性与广西壮族人群冠心病的发病可能无关。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the associations between IL-10 polymorphisms and the risk of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) in Guangxi Zhuang population. Methods: 1202 subjects were enrolled in this case-control study which including 564 CHD cases and 638 healthy controls. Sequenom MassArray system was used to genotype the IL-10 SNPs, ELISA was used to detect the level of plasma IL-10, other biochemical parameters were tested by standard protocol in the lab of People’s hospital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. The Logistic regression model was used to evaluate the relationship between IL-10 polymorphisms and the risk of CHD in Guangxi Zhuang population. Results: We did not find any significant associations between IL-10 studied polymorphisms including rs3021094, rs3790622, rs1800871 and the risk of CHD in Guangxi Zhuang population. Further adjustment for risk factors, the results did not change. Meanwhile, we did not find any significant difference of plasma IL-10 level between those study genotypes. Conclusion: The IL-10 studied polymorphisms might not be related to the risk of of CHD in Guangxi Zhuang population .
