Therefore, we should pay more attention to prevention and treatment of the endocrine and metabolic diseases to improve the quality of life and prognosis of the breast cancer patients.]]></description>

More and more young patients hope to get pregnant and give birth after active treatment of breast cancer. But young breast cancer patients also face problems with amenorrhea and fertility preservation after treatment. Measures to preserve fertility before systemic treatment should be considered for some young breast cancer patients. This article will discuss the reproductive protection of breast cancer patients during treatment.]]></description>

Concomitant gynecologic diseases of breast cancer during treatment and follow-up period are relatively common, which should be paid more attention. The prevention and management of gynecologic problems associated with breast cancer should be strengthened. In this paper, the incidence, screening and management of concomitant endometrial lesion, ovarian lesion, uterine fibroid and cervical lesion were discussed.]]></description>

However, the cardiotoxicity caused by the above treatments has become a common cause of death for cancer survivors, so it is necessary to evaluate cardiotoxicity and protect the heart during the treatments of breast cancer. This article focuses on the management of cardiotoxicity caused by breast cancer related therapies.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women and pain is the main and important accompanying symptom. Pain can occur in all stages of breast cancer due to invasion of tumors, compression of surrounding tissues, metastasis of tumors, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and psychological factors. Standardized cancer pain management could effectively control cancer pain, improve the quality of life, build up confidence in anti-cancer treatment, prolong the survival rate and reduce the medical costs for the patients. Cancer pain management is a comprehensive, all-round and dynamic process and pain assessment is the basis for pain management. Appropriate methods should be selected to carry out “routine, quantitative, comprehensive and dynamic” assessment. The treatment of cancer pain should reach the standard and achieve painless rest, painless sleep and painless motion. Drug therapy for cancer pain should follow the WHO′s “three-step analgesic scheme” and basic principles, which has to be selected and applied scientifically and rationally. Meanwhile, it is necessary to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of adverse drug reactions. Timely non-drug treatment can improve the analgesic effect and reduce the adverse reactions.]]></description>

According to the different stages of the diseases, choosing appropriate treatment methods can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of the patients. The diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history. Traditional Chinese Medicine has its unique advantages in reducing complications after breast cancer surgery, alleviating side reactions of chemotherapy, reducing side reactions of radiotherapy and endocrine therapy, significantly improving the comprehensive curative effect and quality of life of the patients, and significantly prolonging the survival period. In this paper, we discuss the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine to reduce the side reactions in the treatment of breast cancer in recent years.]]></description>

If the clinical treatments do not attach enough attention to them, these will inevitably affect the quality of life and prognosis of the patients with breast cancer. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the relevant bone health problems in treatment, prevention and early intervention of breast cancer, to improve the quality of life and prognosis of breast cancer patients.]]></description>
