［Abstract］　In recent years, with the development of biotherapeutic technology, immunotherapy has become a hot spot in current cancer treatment research. Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the most common type of malignant tumor in the liver. The effects of its treatments such as surgery, intervention, molecular targeted therapy and chemotherapy are still unsatisfactory. Progression-free survival and median survival time are still very poor. This study summarizes the progress in the treatment of liver cancers, and the application and clinical effects of immunotherapy in liver cancer. PubMed and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) search system were used to search for “hepatocellular carcinoma, immunotherapy, immune tolerance”, etc. We reviewed the specificity of the liver immune system, HCC immune tolerance and HCC immunotherapy strategies, including vaccines, adaptive treatment, immunological checkpoint inhibitors, cytokines, and targeted therapy combined with immunotherapy in the treatment of liver cancer. I hope this review can provide the mechanism of immune tolerance in liver cancers and the progress and clinical effects of HCC immunotherapy.

［Abstract］　Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system. Main therapies for esophageal cancer include endoscopy, surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. These traditional treatments have appreciated clinical effects for many years, but the overall efficacy is still unsatisfactory. As a shining star of the field recently, immunotherapies, including immune checkpoint inhibitors, tumor vaccines and adoptive cellular immunotherapy, have shown encouraging effects in the treatment of various malignant tumors. At present, multiple clinical studies of immunotherapy for esophageal cancer are ongoing, these studies indicate that immunotherapy might have a great potential in the treatment of esophageal cancer. However, there are still many problems in immunotherapy. This article reviews the progress of immunotherapy for esophageal cancer in recent years.

［Abstract］　Soft tissue sarcomas have more histological types and lower incidence but cause great harm. At present, the most common treatments of soft tissue sarcomas are surgical resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Many patients with soft tissue sarcomas are not diagnosed until it is too late, losing the surgical conditions and not being able to tolerate chemotherapy well, which seriously reduces the quality of life of the patients. With the development of molecular biology and the emergence of targeted drugs, the targeted drugs have significant advantages in the efficacy and safety of individualized treatments, which can significantly extend the progression-free survival of the patients and improve the quality of life. And they provide more treatment options for the patients with advanced soft tissue sarcomas who cannot tolerate surgery and chemotherapy. Currently, there are two types of commonly used targeted drugs for soft tissue sarcomas. One is a small molecule compound, including anrotinib, apatinib and pazopanil and the other is called monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab and PD-1 antibodies. In this paper, we review the research progress of targeted drugs for soft tissue sarcomas.

［Abstract］　Worldwide, cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers among females and the incidence of cervical cancer follows that of breast, colorectal, and lung cancers in 4th position. In 2015, it was estimated that there were approximately 98 900 new cases of cervical cancer with 30 500 deaths annually. Because of the prevalence of screening programs, the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer fell by about 69% from the 1970s to the 1990s. However, the main problem facing cervical cancer screening in China is insufficient coverage. In 2010, the average cervical cancer screening rate in urban areas was only 29.1%, and that in economically developed areas in the east was about 31.3%, and that in rural areas was about 16.9%. The prevention of cervical cancer in China is still an urgent problem to be solved. This paper gives a brief overview about the primary and secondary preventions of cervical cancer. We hope that through vaccination and regular screening women get protected from cervical cancer around the world.
