In this paper, the author elaborates from three aspects on promoting the construction of stroke prevention and control system and promoting the implementation of the project to reduce the occurrence of millions of new disabilities.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma(LELC) is a group of rare epithelial malignant tumors closely related to viral infection, which may occur in any organ of the body.Due to its low incidence, large scale clinical trials of LELC are lacking. The etiology, pathogenesis, clinicopathological and molecular pathological features of LELC are still unclear. This paper reviews the literature on the above aspects to better understand the pathogenesis and molecular pathological features of LELC.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　Relapse and metastasis are the key factors affecting the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). The metastasis mechanisms of vessels encapsulated tumor clusters(VETC) carcinoma nest-type HCC can not be explained by the theory of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT). In VETC carcinoma nest-type HCC, tumor cells do not metastasize through EMT, but metastasize to other organs in carcinoma nest form in which VETC carcinoma nest-type HCC is encapsulated by endothelial cells. VETC carcinoma nest-type HCC is more likely to have metastasis and higher metastatic efficiency, and is more likely to relapse after operation, resulting in a worse prognosis. This paper evaluates and introduces the classification, molecular characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of VETC carcinoma nest-type HCC, so as to improve the understanding of clinicians and researchers on the diagnosis and treatment of VETC carcinoma nest-type HCC.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　Pharmacogenomics is a subject that studies the relationship between human genome information and drug response. It aims to solve the problem of drug safety and effectiveness among different individuals. Pharmacogenomics has important clinical significance in the field of precision medicine, which is mainly reflected in three aspects: accurate selection of drugs and their doses, targeted therapy, prediction of drug safety and prevention of drug toxic and side effects. Pharmacogenomics also plays a great advantage in new drug development, participates in the whole process of new drug discovery, drug development and even drug monitoring after marketing, accelerates the discovery of new drugs, increases the pass rate of new drugs, reassesses the new drugs which fail to pass the drug approval, and reduces the number of participants. In short, pharmacogenomics can greatly save time cost and capital cost.]]></description>
