This paper introduces the present application situation of clinical teaching, specific application scope in clinical teaching reform, application advantages and prospects for the future in the field of maxillary sinus floor elevation.]]></description>

<title xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="text"><![CDATA[Study on the effects of two types of surgical guide kits on the surgical accuracy of guided implant surgery]]></title>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］　Objective</b>　To analyze the effects of two types of surgical guide kits with drilling key and without drilling key on the surgical accuracy of digital guided dental implant surgery. <b>Methods</b>　A retrospective analysis was performed on 16 patients with 40 implants of two types of surgical guide kits with drilling key and without drilling key in total, and 20 implants for each type. The three-dimensional(3D) positions of the implants were designed by 6D Dental Planning Software. After the operation, computed tomography(CT) was taken and the implants were reconstructed by the 6D Dental Planning Software. After rectification with the preoperative model, the implants were imported into Rhino software to obtain the distance deviation of implant neck center point, the distance deviation of implant bottom center point, the vertical deviation of neck and the angle deviation before and after the operation, and the preoperative and postoperative deviations were compared. <b>Results</b>　In the implants with drilling key, the mean distance deviation of implant neck center point was 1.243 mm; the mean distance deviation of implant bottom center point was 1.911 mm; the mean vertical deviation of neck was 1.201 mm, and the mean angle deviation in angulation was 5.077°. In the implants without drilling key, the mean distance deviation of implant neck center point was 0.696 mm; the mean distance deviation of implant bottom center point was 1.167 mm; the mean vertical deviation of neck was 0.449 mm, and the mean angle deviation in angulation was 4.582°. <b>Conclusion</b>　The accuracy of guided implant surgery operated by the guide tool without drilling key is higher than that of the tool with drilling key.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　With the extensive development of oral implant surgery, the application of surgical template in the operation is not only conducive to the design of preoperative diagnosis and treatment plan, but also conducive to the correct positioning and optimized angulation of the dental implants in alveolar bones, so as to achieve both functional and aesthetic postoperative results. Prosthodontics-oriented design of surgical template can reduce the risk of occurrence of complications after dental implant surgery. With the increasingly wide application of cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT), scholars at home and abroad have made various improved surgical templates based on traditional surgical template combined with digital technology, thus promoting the development of surgical templates. In this paper, the classification, advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used dental surgical template, as well as the computer-aided surgical template were reviewed, providing a reference for the clinical application of surgical template.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］　Objective</b>　To explore the clinical value of using computer-aided surgical template for implant placement. <b>Methods</b>　Thirty-two patients［14 males and 18 females, with an average age of (50.53±13.17)years］ with missing dentition(113 missing teeth in total) required implant denture repair. Cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT) scan was performed before surgery, and computer-aided surgical templates were used for cavity preparation and implantation. The operation time was recorded, and the implantation position was checked by CBCT scans immediately after the operation. The occurrence of complications was observed by regular follow-up. <b>Results</b>　A total of 113 implants were successfully implanted with computer-aided surgical templates in the 32 patients. The implants were in good positions. The average time was (20.11± 3.32)minutes during operation. There were no surgical complications. The dentures were successfully repaired on 110 implants and the patients were followed up for 1, 3 and 6 months. <b>Conclusion</b>　The clinical effect of applying computer-aided surgical template on dental restoration is good.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］　Objective</b>　To compare the accuracies of the implant placements by dynamic navigation versus conventional freehand method. <b>Methods</b>　Forty dental implants were selected and were divided into the dynamic navigation implant group(20 implants) and the conventional implant group(20 implants). The dynamic navigation implant group received the implant placements by dynamic navigation and the conventional implant group received the implant placements by the conventional freehand method. Spiral computed tomography(CT) was taken before and after the operation. The implant position was designed by professional software before the operation. The deviations of the neck, tip and angle of the implants were measured before and after the operation. SPSS16.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the implantation deviations of the two methods. <b>Results</b>　The patients in the two groups were successfully implanted with the implants. The deviations of the neck center point, tip and angle of the implants before and after the operation in the dynamic navigation implant group were significantly smaller than those in the conventional implant group(<i>P</i><0.05). <b>Conclusion</b>　The dynamic navigation technique is more accurate than the conventional freehand method on dental implant placements.]]></description>
