［Abstract］　Since December 2019, coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has rapidly affected the whole world. The patients with COVID-19 is the most important source of the novel coronavirus(named severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2), which predominantly transmits from person to person via droplets. The interpersonal transmission is strong. Most of the patients′ incubation period is within 7 days. The common clinical manifestations include fever, respiratory symptoms, fatigue, normal or reduced peripheral blood lymphocyte count, and multiple bilateral patchy ground-glass opacity in the periphery of the two lungs in computed tomography(CT) findings. Diagnosis depends on epidemiological history and clinical manifestations, and a confirmed case requires a respiratory or blood sample that tests positive for novel coronavirus nucleic acid. Although the effects of several drugs on novel coronavirus have been reported, there is still a lack of randomized controlled clinical trials to confirm their effectiveness. Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine may be an effective treatment with Chinese characteristics.

How to make a proper diagnosis and treatment of the patients with portal hypertension under the strict prevention and control of the epidemic situation is a serious new challenge. In this paper, based on the summary and analysis of the existing literature related to COVID-19, referring to the experience of domestic experts in the same field and relevant protocols, we put forward the recommended strategies for diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of the patients with portal hypertension during the epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 for the reference of medical workers in the same field in the clinical work.

［Abstract］　Objective　To explore a management mode of prevention, control, diagnosis, treatment and nursing of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) at a municipal designated hospital and to provide reference for establishing effective prevention and control system and improving clinical diagnosis and treatment level. Methods　According to the Diagnosis and Treatment Program of COVID-19 version 1～5 issued by National Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China, a management mode of the prevention, control, clinical diagnosis, treatment and nursing of COVID-19 was formulated in combination with the actual situation of the Fourth Hospital of Nanning. Results　From January 21, 2020 to March 2, 2020, a total of 2 330 patients with fever were admitted to the fever clinic of the COVID-19 specialty, including 70 suspected cases, and 58 confirmed COVID-19 cases(51 common cases, 5 severe cases and 2 critical cases). 56 cases were cured and discharged. 2 cases were transferred to another hospital, with a curative rate of 100%. The operation of the management mode of the prevention, control, clinical diagnosis, treatment and nursing of COVID-19 went smooth, and all the work was carried out in an orderly manner. There was no infection of medical staff in the hospital. Conclusion　The scientific, standard and effective prevention, control, clinical diagnosis, treatment and nursing management mode is not only conducive to early identification, early shunt, early isolation and early treatment of COVID-19 patients, but can effectively prevent the hospital cross infection, improve the curative rate and reduce the mortality.

https://www.zglcxyxzz.com/zglcxyyen/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20200505&flag=1

［Abstract］　Objective　To analyze the nucleic acid detection results of 2019 Novel Coronavirus(2019-nCoV) in 108 inpatients, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods　A total of 108 suspected and confirmed cases of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) were collected in Yongwu Hospital of the People′s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 16, 2020 to April 16, 2020. Both respiratory tract samples(throat swabs, endotracheal aspiration and sputum) and non-respiratory tract samples(stool, anal swabs and conjunctival sac swabs) in all the collected patients were tested for viral nucleic acid of 2019-nCoV by real-time fluorescence reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). The age and gender constitutional features of the COVID-19 patients with different clinical types and the results of nucleic acid reexamination after treatment were analyzed, and the results of nucleic acid examination of different biological types in the severe/critical patients and the infants after treatment were further analyzed. Results　Among the 108 inpatients, 81 were confirmed, 3 asymptomatic, and 24 suspected. Among the confirmed patients, the median age of the patients with mild type was 26.0 years; the median age of the patients with moderate type was 39.0 years, and the median age of the patients with severe/critical type was 66.5 years. The median age of the patients with asymptomatic infection was 2.0 years, and the median age of the suspected patients was 43.5 years. The ratio of male to female in the severe/critical group was 5∶3. After two weeks′ treatment, the positive rate of 2019-nCoV nucleic acid in respiratory tract samples was 80.0%(4/5) in mild type, 38.2%(26/68) in moderate type, 87.5%(7/8) in severe/critical type and 66.7%(2/3) in the patients with asymptomatic infection. The duration of positive 2019-nCoV nucleic acid result was more than 20 days in the patients with severe/critical type, and the patients with persistent positive results of the test on multiple samples had poor outcomes after treatment. The 2019-nCoV nucleic acid test of throat swabs was negative in 6 infants and young children after treatment, while the nucleic acid tests of anal swabs and stool were repeatedly positive in 3 infants and young children. Conclusion　Patients in the severe/critical group are older, and the proportion of males is higher. The positive results of the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid tests of different types of samples last for a long time in the patients with severe/critical type. There are asymptomatic infections in infants and young children, and their positive results of 2019-nCoV nucleic acid tests remain longer in the digestive tract.

［Abstract］　Objective　To observe the application effects of cluster management strategy on the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) and the changes of cognitive behavior of epidemic prevention and control of dialysis patients. Methods　The cluster management strategy was implemented in the staff of the hemodialysis room, and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 155 outpatients receiving dialysis. Results　During the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in the hemodialysis room, the occupational protection of the staff was reasonable and standardized after the application of cluster management strategy, and there were no infections among the medical staff and the dialysis patients during the epidemic. The epidemic situation had little effect on the regular dialysis, normal life and mental health of the patients. During the epidemic, the patients′ cognition and behavior were changed, and the dialysis patients were generally able to cooperate with the implementation of various prevention and control measures. Conclusion　The cluster management strategy implemented in the hemodialysis room has achieved remarkable effects on the prevention and control of COVID-19, which can significantly improve the patients′ awareness of the epidemic prevention and control, and can promote the patients to actively cooperate with the medical staff to carry out medical and nursing work to ensure the orderly implementation of the prevention and control work in the hemodialysis room and avoid the occurrence of related nosocomial infections.
