［Abstract］　Objective　To analyze the therapeutic effect of multiple treatment techniques for joint stiffness on hip joint stiffness after core decompression surgery. Methods　Sixteen cases of hip joint stiffness after core decompression surgery were evaluated for rehabilitation. The patients were treated with multiple treatment techniques for joint stiffness according to the intra-articular and extra-articular stiffness factors, including joint mobilization techniques, soft tissue release and exercise therapy. Results　The patients were followed up six months after treatment, and on average, the patients′ hip joint anteflexion, extension, external rotation, internal rotation, abduction and adduction were improved to (115.2±12.1)degrees, (13.1±5.7)degrees, (33.2±6.3)degrees, (16.9±4.9)degrees, (32.1±4.4)degrees and (15.3±4.5)degrees respectively; the average pain score during activity was improved to (0.4±0.3)points, and the pain score at rest was (0.1±0.3)points; Harris hip joint function score was increased to (82.3±9.9)points, and WOMAC osteoarthritis score was decreased to (68.2±13.1)points, and there were significant differences in these indexes before and after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion　The factors causing joint stiffness include intra-articular, extra-articular and muscular strength and control factors. The multiple treatment techniques for joint stiffness has a good effect on hip joint stiffness.

［Abstract］　Objective　To report postoperative accelerated rehabilitation of a speed skater with Danis-Weber B fracture in her left ankle. Methods　A speed skater was admitted to our hospital with swelling and mobility impairment 1 hour after she accidentally fell and hit her left ankle. Danis-Weber B fracture was diagnosed and elective surgery was performed. After the surgery, Barthel Index Scale, American Orthopedic Ankle Association Scoring System(AOFAS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment(SFMA) were used to evaluate the ankle function and daily life function for 9 consecutive weeks. Meanwhile, different rehabilitation treatment methods and physical training methods were designed according to the results of different assessment stages. Results　After 9 weeks of rehabilitation treatment, the ankle pain disappeared in the athlete and her the flexion and extension range of motion returned to normal; Barthel index and AOFAS evaluation were all close to the perfect scores, and the athlete could get back training on ice again. Conclusion　A specific individual receiving the operation of Danis-Weber B fracture can speed up the basic rehabilitation process by implementing targeted phased evaluation and rehabilitation plan according to the rehabilitation goal.

［Abstract］　Osteoporosis(OP) is a chronic, clinically common disorder characterized by prolonged onset and natural deterioration and aging. It′s called a silent epidemic. Because of its complicated pathogenic factors, the current clinical treatment often adopts a combination of various therapies. In this paper, by referring to the literature and summarizing the relevant chapters of OP rehabilitation treatment in the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine rehabilitation guidelines compiled by the authors, we conclude and summarize the rehabilitation treatment methods commonly used in clinical treatment of OP and the common methods of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine rehabilitation treatment of this disease, and analyze the advantages of various treatment methods, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.

https://www.zglcxyxzz.com/zglcxyyen/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20200704&flag=1

［Abstract］　Objective　To study the quantification of the changes of the tension of biceps brachii muscle under different contractile conditions using a new muscle stiffness assessment system(MyotonPRO). Methods　The trained assessors A and B used the assesment system MyotonPRO to evaluate the biceps response in 11 subjects. The assessor A assessed the results in a relaxed position of the biceps brachii muscle and the assessor B assessed the results under the condition of 50% maximum force contraction. The reliability analysis between the two assessors was performed on the obtained data to calculate the minimum detectable change(MDC). The difference of biceps brachii muscle stiffness measured in a relaxed position and under the condition of 50% maximal contractile force was compared. Results　The inter-rater reliability of the biceps brachii muscle stiffness of the patients assessed by the assessors A and B using the assessment system MyotonPRO in a relaxed position of the biceps brachii muscle was good(ICC=0.86), with MDC being 13.33 N/m. The biceps brachii muscle stiffness was 186.21 N/m in a relaxed position of the biceps brachii muscle and 472.54 N/m under the condition of 50% maximum force of contraction(P<0.05). Conclusion　The assessment system MyotonPRO has a good inter-rater reliability in the evaluation of biceps brachii muscle stiffness, and can be used to detect the difference between the stiffness of biceps brachii in the state of relaxation and that in the state of 50% maximum force of contraction.
