［Abstract］　Single-port laparoscopy has recently gained its popularity in gynecological surgery as well as an inevitable trend in its future development. According to different surgical approaches, single-port laparoscopy can be divided into laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(LESS) and transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(vNOTES), and can also be divided into conventional single-port laparoscopy and robotic-assisted laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(R-LESS) according to different operation modes. At present, single-port laparoscopic surgery is widely adapted in gynecological benign diseases, and its minimally invasive concept has been unanimously recognized. However, its application in the surgery for gynecological malignant tumors is still in the stage of exploration and discussion. Single-port laparoscopic surgery started a little later in China. However, with the unremitting efforts of the majority of medical workers and the guidance of some pioneers, single-port laparoscopic surgery has developed rapidly in China. No matter in terms of quantity, operation method, quality and innovation of single-port laparoscopic surgery, they are at the advanced level in the world. In this paper, the current status and trend of development of single-port laparoscopy in gynecology are elucidated.

［Abstract］　Endometrial cancer(EC) is a group of epithelial malignant tumors occurring in endometrium, accounting for 20%～30% of malignant tumors in the female reproductive system, and is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumors. In recent years, with the prolongation of life expectancy, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and other high-risk factors have emerged. As a result, the incidence of EC has increased significantly worldwide, which seriously endangers the health of women. Most EC can be diagnosed early and treated surgically. After years of development, traditional laparoscopic surgery has been widely used in various gynecological operations. However, there are still many problems to be solved, such as many scars on the surface of the body, injury of abdominal wall vessels, incisional hernia and infection of incisional wound. With the continuous pursuit of aesthetics and minimally invasive surgery, single-port laparoscopic technique has come out, which reduces the risk of related complications, and has the outstanding advantages of less postoperative pain and better cosmetic effect. At present, single-port laparoscopic technique has been able to complete the treatment of a variety of benign and malignant diseases in the field of gynecology. In this paper, the application status, advantages and disadvantages, technical points and development prospects of single-port laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of EC are briefly described.

［Abstract］　With the development of minimally invasive surgery in recent years, single-port laparoscopic technique has been widely used in clinical practice. From multi-port laparoscopy to single-port laparoscopy, the most important change is the change of the port. From traditional trocar to single-port laparoscopic port, the basic function, namely the instrument access and gas access has not changed. Because of the change of single-port laparoscopic operation mode, new requirements for the ports are raised. In addition, there are many commercial ports available in market, which confused the surgeons in selection. On the basis of clinical practice and in vitro experiments, this paper summarizes the characteristics and clinical requirements for the port of single-port laparoscopic surgery, and provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for the promotion of single-port laparoscopic surgery.

［Abstract］　Objective　To explore the safety and feasibility of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(LESS) in the staging operation of endometrial cancer(EC), so as to expand the application of LESS in gynecological malignant tumor surgery. Methods　One hundred EC patients admitted to the Department of Gynecology, the People′s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from June 2014 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50) according to different surgical modes. The observation group received LESS in the staging operation of EC, and the control group received conventional laparoscopy in the staging operation of EC. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions of the patients were compared and analyzed. Results　There were no significant differences between the two groups in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of pelvic lymph nodes dissected, poor healing of incision, postoperative disease rate, and postoperative exhaust time (P>0.05). The length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores in the observation group 24 hours after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the postoperative cosmetic effect than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion　LESS is safe and feasible for staging operation of endometrial cancer, and has the advantages of rapid postoperative recovery, less pain, good cosmetic effect and less hospitalization days, which is worthy of clinical application.
