［Abstract］　Congenital heart disease(CHD) refers to the abnormalities in the structure and function of the heart and blood vessels that are present at birth. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China and People′s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region attach great importance to the prevention and treatment of CHD. They implement the policy of putting prevention first and combining prevention with control, and continuously improve the prevention and treatment services for children with CHD, and effectively promote the high-quality development of maternal and child health.
