<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　With the development of scientific research and clinical practice, the diagnosis and treatment strategies for acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) have made great progress in the past five years. Therefore, in 2023, European Society of Intensive Care Medicine(ESICM) and American Thoracic Society(ATS) updated and revised their management strategies for ARDS based on the ARDS clinical practice guideline(CPG) in 2017. The new guideline of ESICM makes 21 recommendations from nine key fields across the three themes of ARDS definition, phenotype and respiratory support strategy. Based on the CPG in 2017, the new guideline of ATS incorporates new evidence regarding the use of corticosteroids, veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, neuromuscular blocking agents and positive end-expiratory pressure, providing conditional recommendations. Both guidelines share a considerable degree of consistency but differences in some specific clinical issues. This review compares and analyzes the new guideline of ESICM and the new guideline of ATS, in order to provide a reliable basis for rational evidence-based decision-making in clinical practice.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　In 2024, the Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis(ABPA) Working Group(AWG) of the International Society for Human and Animal Mycology(ISHAM) conducted a comprehensive revision of the diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines for ABPA proposed in 2013. This revision clarifies the definition, laboratory tests, diagnostic criteria, clinical and imaging classifications of ABPA/mycosis(M), and elaborates on the corresponding treatment methods. The new guidelines significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity of ABPA/M and simplify the clinical and imaging classifications of ABPA/M, making the diagnosis of ABPA/M easier to understand and apply. The new guidelines also propose targeted treatment principles based on clinical classifications, providing more clear and practical guidance for clinicians. In this paper, <i>Revised ISHAM-ABPA Working Group Clinical Practice Guidelines for Diagnosing, Classifying and Treating Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis/Mycoses</i> is interpreted in depth, aiming to provide reference and guidance for researchers and clinicians in related fields.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　<i>Chinese Clinical Guidelines on Diagnosis and Treatment of Bone Metastasis of Lung Cancer(Version 2024)</i> were published in <i>Chinese Journal of Clinical Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery</i> in May 2024. The clinical guidelines were initiated by professor ZHI Xiuyi, professor WANG Jie, professor LIU Lunxu and professor ZHAO Jun, and were developed based on <i>Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Bone Metastasis of Lung Cancer(2019 Version)</i>, with contributions from Lung Cancer Medical Education Committee of China Medicine Education Association, Youth Specialists Committee of Lung Cancer of Beijing Medical Award Foundation and Lung Cancer Specialty Committee of Chinese Aging Well Association. The guidelines incorporate the advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer in recent years and emphasize the need for comprehensive treatment under the guidance of multi-disciplines(including medical oncology, surgery, radiotherapy, interventional medicine, nuclear medicine and psychological rehabilitation). In this paper, the updated contents of the guidelines are interpreted to improve the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment levels of bone metastasis of lung cancer in China.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　Endometriosis and adenomyosis are common chronic gynecological diseases in women of childbearing age, with pain, infertility and pelvic masses as the main clinical manifestations in endometriosis and diverse clinical manifestations in adenomyosis. The mechanisms by which endometriosis and adenomyosis affect fertility involve multiple aspects, including reduction of ovarian reserve function, alterations to the immune system and pelvic anatomy, impairments of endometrial receptivity and surgical-related iatrogenic injuries, which negatively affect female fertility and lead to infertility. This paper provides an in-depth interpretation of the latest guidelines and expert consensuses at home and abroad according to evidence-based researches. It systematically sorts out the diagnosis and treatment strategies related to fertility in endometriosis and adenomyosis women complicated with infertility, providing comprehensive references for clinicians to gain a deep understanding of these diseases and their clinical practice.]]></description>
