<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[<b>［Abstract］</b>　This guideline is established on the basis of the theoretical framework of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health(ICF) and in combination with the current best evidence-based medical evidence to systematically construct the protocols for assessment, intervention and management of cardiac rehabilitation. The content of this guideline covers key components including the application of ICF core sets in cardiac rehabilitation, the selection and criteria of functional assessment tools, risk stratification criteria, as well as individualized intervention and management, aiming to provide clinicians with standardized and systematic practical guidance and to improve the quality of cardiac rehabilitation services and the patients′ functional outcomes.]]></description>
