［Abstract］　Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is commonly associated with metabolic abnormalities, which increases the risks of ovulation disorder, infertility, spontaneous abortion, pregnancy complications, and adverse offspring health outcomes. To improve pregnancy outcomes and offspring health in women with PCOS, pre-conception health management is of paramount importance. However, no standardized clinical guidelines currently exist for pre-conception management targeting this specific population. This consensus summarizes the epidemiology of metabolic abnormalities in PCOS, their impact on reproductive health, diagnostic criteria, and key aspects of pre-conception management. To bridge the gap between rapidly evolving scientific evidence and clinical practice applications, the Formulation Committee of the Chinese Expert Consensus on Implementation Strategies for Parenteral Nutrition in Critically Ill Patients(2026 Edition), guided by evidence-based medicine and Delphi methodology, and comprehensively referring to the guidelines and consensus formulation process of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism(ESPEN), as well as the STAR(Scientific, Transparent, and Applicable Rankings) reporting standards of the guidelines, formulates this consensus.
