| 类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis, RA)是一种由遗传和环境因素引起的慢性全身性免疫介导的疾病。它通常以自身抗体的产生为特征,导致外周关节对称性病变,临床上主要以肿胀、晨僵和持续性关节疼痛为表现。一系列研究表明,与健康对照相比,类风湿性关节炎患者的肠道微生物群组成存在显著差异。本文通过阐述肠道菌群失调及其代谢物对类风湿性关节炎的发病机制、预后等,更加深入探讨二者之间的关联,为后续相关的治疗研究提供新的思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic systemic immune-mediated disease caused by genetic and environmental factors. It is typically characterized by the production of autoantibodies, leading to symmetrical joint lesions in the periphery. Clinically, it is mainly manifested by swelling, morning stiffness, and persistent joint pain. A series of studies have shown that the composition of the intestinal microbiota in patients with rheumatoid arthritis differs significantly compared to healthy controls.This article elaborates on the impact of gut dysbiosis and intestinal flora metabolites on the pathogenesis and prognosis of RA, further exploring the correlation between the two. This provides new ideas for subsequent treatment research. |
