溶瘤病毒在肝细胞癌治疗上研究进展

摘要:
肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)是全球范围内死亡率最高的的恶性肿瘤之一,其在中国的发病率高,防治形势严峻,现有治疗手段仍存在较大局限性。近年来溶瘤病毒(oncolytic viruses,OVs)在HCC治疗中展现出优越性。本文从溶瘤病毒的溶瘤机制、临床前实验、临床评估、联合其他治疗等综述了OVs的特征,并探讨了不同类型溶瘤病毒在抗HCC治疗中的潜力,并对OVs在抗HCC领域的未来发展方向进行了展望。

Advances in the study of oncolytic viruses in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract:
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) ranks among the most lethal malignant tumours globally, presenting a significant challenge in China due to its high incidence rate and the considerable limitations of current treatment approaches. Oncolytic viruses (OVs) have demonstrated superior efficacy in the treatment of HCC in recent years. This paper reviews the characteristics of OVs, encompassing their antitumour mechanisms, preclinical trials, clinical evaluations, and combination therapies with other treatments. It explores the potential of different types of oncolytic viruses in the treatment of HCC and outlines future development directions for OVs in the field of HCC therapy.
