| 随着恶性肿瘤治疗技术的进步和年轻癌症患者生存率的显著提高,以及社会因素导致的生育年龄推迟,生育力保存已成为生殖医学领域至关重要的组成部分。本文旨在从实验室核心技术视角,系统梳理当前生育力保存技术的发展现状及未来趋势。文章重点剖析了以玻璃化冷冻为金标准的配子(精子、卵母细胞)与胚胎保存技术的原理、标准化流程及效能评估体系;深入探讨了卵巢组织与睾丸组织等性腺组织冷冻保存面临的独特挑战与复苏策略;并评述了卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)、体外卵泡培养(IVFC)以及干细胞技术与体外配子发生(IVG)等前沿突破性实验室策略的潜力与瓶颈。最后,对生育力保存技术向自动化、智能化及个体化精准发展的方向进行展望。 |

| With the advancement in malignant tumor therapies and the remarkable improvement in survival rates among young patients, coupled with the trend of delayed childbearing due to social factors, fertility preservation (FP) has become a crucial component of reproductive medicine. This review aims to systematically elucidate the current status and future trends of FP technologies from the perspective of?core laboratory techniques. It focuses on analyzing the principles, standardized procedures, and efficacy evaluation systems of gamete (sperm and oocytes) and embryo cryopreservation, with?vitrification?as the gold standard. It also delves into the unique challenges and post-thaw strategies associated with gonadal tissue cryopreservation, such as?ovarian and testicular tissues. Furthermore, the potential and bottlenecks of cutting-edge laboratory strategies, including?in vitro maturation (IVM) of oocytes, in vitro follicle culture (IVFC), and?stem cell-based in vitro gametogenesis (IVG), are reviewed. Finally, perspectives are provided on the future direction of FP technologies towards?automation, intelligence, and personalized precision. |
