| 随着精准医学和靶向治疗的飞速发展，卵巢癌（OC）的治疗模式正经历从“经验外科”向“全程慢病化管理”的深刻转型。本文结合最新临床证据与指南，系统梳理卵巢癌全生命周期管理的路径，探讨适合中国国情的规范化诊疗与防控策略。全生命周期管理强调以患者为中心，覆盖从遗传风险评估、标准初治、精准靶向、复发管理到康复与姑息的连续性照护，多学科协作（MDT）和分级诊疗是实现这一目标的核心抓手，通过构建分层筛查体系、规范化MDT协作及完善康复支持网络，有望将卵巢癌真正转变为可防、可控、可治的“慢性病”，实现患者生存获益最大化。 |

| Driven by rapid advancements in precision medicine and targeted therapies, the treatment paradigm for ovarian cancer (OC) is undergoing a profound transformation from "empirical surgery" to "comprehensive chronic disease management." Drawing upon the latest clinical evidence and guidelines, this article systematically rdelineates the pathway for whole-life-cycle management of OC, and explores standardized diagnosis, treatment, and prevention strategies tailored to the Chinese healthcare context. Centered on patient care, this holistic approach encompasses a continuum of care spanning genetic risk assessment, primary standard-of-care treatment, precision-targeted therapy, relapse management, rehabilitation, and palliative care. Multidisciplinary team (MDT) collaboration and a tiered healthcare delivery system serve as the core pillars to achieve this goal. By establishing a stratified screening framework, standardizing MDT workflows, and optimizing rehabilitation support networks, we aim to effectively transform OC into a manageable chronic disease, thereby maximizing survival benefits for patients. |
