| ［摘要］ 目的 观察通心络对血液透析患者抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法 把48例血液透析有抑郁症状的患者随机分成两组, 治疗组24例, 对照组24例。2、4、6周后用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行疗效评定。结果 6周后治疗组有效率为74%，对照组有效率为18%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；治疗组患者的抑郁症状在第2周开始改善，HAMD评分降低，在第4、6周HAMD评分较对照组明显降低（P<0.01）。结论 通心络对血液透析患者的抑郁症状有一定的疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo on depression in the hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods Forty-eight patients with hemodialysis and depression were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty-four patients in observation group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule and the other 24 patients in control group were treated with the basis of conventoinal health propaganda and education. The course of treatment for 2 groups lasted 6 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated by using HAMD before and 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment.Results The effective rates of the obersation group and control group were 74% and 18%, respectively (P<0.01).In observation group, the symptoms of patients was shown to improve and the scores of HAMD were decreased in the second week, Compared with control group the decrease of HAMD scores became more significant in the 4th, 6th week（P<0.01）.Conclusion Tongxinluo is effective in treating depressive symptom in the hemodialysis patients with uremia. |
