| ［摘要］ 目的 评价不同厂家雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）消化性溃疡的疗效及成本-效果。方法 选择98例近期胃镜下证实为消化性溃疡而且尿素酶HP测试及病理HP阳性的病人，随机分成两组，A组：第1周用国产（瑞波特）雷贝拉唑肠溶片10 mg, 2次/d，空服，阿莫西林1 g、克拉霉素分散片0.5 g，2次/d，饭前1 h服用，连用7 d，以后单用瑞波特10 mg, 2次/d，空服，连用3周；B组：第1周用进口（波利特）雷贝拉唑肠溶片10 mg, 2次/d，空服，阿莫西林1 g、克拉霉素分散片0.5 g，2次/d，饭前1h服用，连用7 d，以后单用波利特10 mg, 2次/d，空服，连用3周；均治疗4周后观察溃疡愈合效果，并用成本-效果分析方法进行药物经济学评价。结果 两组治疗前后比较均有明显溃疡愈合效果（P<0.05），但组间比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）；国产雷贝拉唑组效价比更优。结论 治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡国产与进口雷贝拉唑相比，更安全、经济、有效，适合我国国情，值得临床推广使用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the cost-effectiveness of different rabeprazole tablet products in triple therapies of helicobacter pylori eradication.Methods Ninety-eight patients with peptic ulcer under gastroscopy and positive helicobacter pylori urease tests and pathological positive hp were selected, on the first week group A was administrated with ruibote tablets (domestic rabeprazole entericcoated tablets) 10mg po, bid, ac, and amoxicillin 1g and clarithromycin dispersible tablets 0.5g, po. ac. 1h bid, for 7 days, and then ruibote 10mg po, bid, ac, for 3 weeks. on the first week group B was administrated with pariet (imported rabeprazole entericcoated tablets) 10mg po, bid, ac, and amoxicillin 1g and clarithromycin dispersible tablets 0.5g, po, ac, 1h bid, for 7 days, and pariet 10mg po, bid, ac, for 3 weeks. The ulcer healing effect of group A and B was observed in the 4 weeks and evaluated by the cost-effectiveness method of pharmaceutical economics.Results There were significant differences between pre and post ulcer healing effect in group A and B(P<0.05) and ruibote had better cost-effectiveness results.Conclusion ruibote is safer, more effective and more economical in treatment of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer than pariet, and is more suitable for our national conditions for clinical extension |
