| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨硬脑膜扩大修补后行早期自体颅骨修补对晚期外伤性癫痫的预防作用。方法 对120例重度颅脑外伤行去骨瓣减压术的患者随机分为实验组：行硬脑膜扩大修补后行早期自体颅骨修补，并随访观察；对照组：只行硬脑膜悬吊，中心敞开，6个月左右行颅骨修补。统计分析两组方法对晚期外伤性癫痫的预防作用。结果 实验组晚期外伤性癫痫发生率为18.7%，而对照组为37.3%, 两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症差异无统计学意义。结论 硬脑膜扩大修补后行早期自体颅骨修补有助于减少晚期外伤性癫痫的发生。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of autogenous skull replantation at earlier period after repairing dura mate on late post-traumatic epilepsy(LPTE).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with severe brain injury were admitted from January 2004 to december 2006 and treated with autogenous skull replantation at earlier period after repairing dura mate.Its role in LPTE were analyzed statistically by SPSS statistic system.Results The incidence rate of LPTE in the group treated with autogenous skull replantation at earlier period after repairing dura mate was 18.7% and the incidence rate of LPTE in the control group was 37.3%. The differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Autogenous skull replantatioo at earlier period after repairing dura mate can prevent LPTE. |
