| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨开骨瓣治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的适应症、方法及疗效。方法 回顾性总结我院1998-01～2007-12所行开骨瓣治疗的20例慢性硬脑膜下血肿的临床资料。结果 本组20例中, 痊愈17例, 1例术后出现对侧急性硬脑膜外血肿再次手术, 1例并发肢体功能活动障碍, 1例并发混合性失语, 随访半年～1年, 无1例复发, 疗效满意。结论 对于复发性、难治性慢性硬脑膜下血肿，采用开骨瓣手术彻底清除血肿及血肿包膜, 疗效满意, 可基本杜绝复发。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the mainly indications and method and therapeutic effect of bone flap operation in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with chronic subdural hematoma cured by bone flap operation from Jan, 1998 to Dec, 2007 were reviewed.Results Among 20 patients, 17 got completely recovery, 1 postoperative contralateral acute epidural hematoma and operation again, 1 motor disturbance complication, 1 mixed aphasia complication.The follow up for 0.5～1 years showed none recurrence.Conclusion In flap operation for recurrence′s and difficult cured chronic subdural hematoma, clear hematoma and cyst wall completely are helpful to provent recurrence, and obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect. |
