新生儿窒息血液生化指标改变及其临床意义的研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨早产儿窒息后血液生化系列指标的变化。 方法 对实验组和对照组早产儿分别用电极法、速率法、酶法测定K+、Na+、Cl-、心肌酶类和BUN、CO2CP、Cr、Ca2+,比较两组早产儿各项指标有无差异。结果 早产儿窒息后心肌酶和BUN、Cr水平升高,而CO2CP、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+水平下降(血清K+仅在重度窒息组有明显变化);胎儿宫内窘迫窒息组其心肌酶、BUN、Cr升高水平和CO2CP、Na+、Ca2+降低水平与出生后窒息组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早产儿窒息缺氧后,血液中多项生化指标均可发生明显变化,因此可作为早期监测指标。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the variety of blood biochemical indicators after asphyxia in premature infants.Methods The levels of K+、Na+、Cl-、myocardial enzymes, BUN、CO2CP、Cr、Ca2+ in the premature infants in the experimental group and the control group were determined by electrode method, rate method and enzymatic method respectively, and the indicators′ difference between two groups were compared.Results  The levels of myocardial enzymes, BUN、Cr rose, but CO2CP、Na+、Cl-、and Ca2+ decreased after asphyxia (K+ in blood serum changed only in the group of severe asphyxia); enzymes,BUN、Cr rose and CO2CP、Na+、Ca2+ declined in the group of intrauterine asphyxia, there was a statistically difference compared with group of birth asphyxia.Conclusion The changes of biochemical indicators in blood might occur after asphyxia in premature infants, so which can be regarded as the early monitoring indicators.
