[摘要] 作为人类可遗传变异中最常见形式,人类基因组单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)代表了种族间的遗传差异。随着SNPs检测技术的快速发展,专家们在SNPs的种族遗传差异的意义及其应用研究中取得了很大进展。 本文对SNPs的检测方法及其在种族遗传差异分析方面的应用作简要综述。 |
