| ［摘要］ 目的 观察中医手法加正脊调盆法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组，对照组予以单纯手法治疗；治疗组予以手法加正脊调盆法治疗。以临床症状改善情况及积分值进行疗效判断；病例随访1年进行复发率比较。结果 治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组为85%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；随访后对照组复发率为21.6%，治疗组为7.1%，两组比较P<0.05。结论 中医手法加正脊调盆法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果优于单纯手法治疗，1年后的复发率低于单纯手法治疗。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the therapeutic effects of manipulation and fixed-point rotation reposition in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The treating group was treated with manipulation and fixed-point rotation reposition while the control group was treated with mere manipulation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were judged by the improvements of clinical symptoms and their scores, and their relapse rates were compared after one year′s follow-up.Results The total effective rates in the treating group and control group were 93.3% and 85% respectively, P<0.05. The relapse rate was 7.1% in the treating group and 21.6% in the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion The therapentic effect of manipulation and fixed-point rotation reposition in patients with knee osteoarthritis was better than that in patients with the treatment of mere manipulation. |
