| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨小剂量倍美力补充治疗女性更年期综合征的治疗效果。方法 将63例出现典型更年期综合征的妇女随机分为两组，倍美力组42例，给予倍美力+醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗；对照组21例，给予中成药消遥丸+中成药六味地黄丸治疗。比较两组妇女更年期症状的改善、性激素的改变、血脂的变化、用药后安全性监测指标的变化。结果 两组的更年期症状经治疗后均有一定疗效，倍美力组尤为明显，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组用药前促卵泡生成素（FSH）、雌激素（E2）水平差异无统计学意义，治疗6个月及1年时差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；A组和B组用药前及用药后第5周期所有对象的血脂的变化，两组与用药前比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；子宫内膜厚度的变化，两组用药前后,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；A组撤退性阴道出血为35例（83.3%），对照组未见典型的撤退性阴道出血；两组均有部分观察对象有轻微乳房胀痛，用药前及第5周期体重均无显著变化(P>0.05),用药后均未见血压明显改变；对肝、肾功能均无影响(P>0.05)。结论 倍美力改善潮热等更年期综合征的疗效优于中成药消遥丸。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the effect of low dose premarin supplementary treatment in climacteric syndrome.Methods Sixty-three patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into the study group (42 patients) and the control group (21 patients). Patients of the study group were treated with premarin and medroxyprogesterone acetate. Patients of the controlled group intake Chinese patent medicines xiaoyao pill and liuweidihuang pill. The general score of climacteric symptom, the chang of E2、FSH blood-fat in blood, and the reaction of medicine before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results Two groups showed improvement in climacteric symptom. Compared with the control group in the study group, reduction in Kupperman score and FSH and elevation in E2 after 6 months and one year treatment were remarkable(P<0.01). There were no significant change in blood pressure, thickness of endometrium, blood-fat,liver function and renal function among two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Premarin is more better than xiaoyao pill in improving climacteric symptom, such as hectic fever et al. |
