| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法 将110例消化性溃疡患者随机分为A、B、C 3个治疗组，给予不同的口服药，疗程均为2周。运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果 3种治疗方案的成本依次为44.80元、233.38元和338.24元，溃疡愈合率分别为72%、91%和92.6%。结论 B方案为最佳药物治疗方案。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the economic effects of different therapeutic schemes of the same illness.Methods One hundred and ten patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into three groups：A、B and C groups. All patients took drugs oral daily, and the treatment course of every patient was two week. The data was evaluated with cost-effectiveness analysis. Results The costs of three groups were (following order: A、B、C group) 44.80、233.38 and 338.24 yuans respectively. The ulcer healing rate were (following order: A、B、C group) 72%、91% and 92.6% respectively. Conclusion Group B is considered to be the best drug treatment project. |
